Notes for Type 1:

1. One who has passed the skill test doesn’t need to pass the language test

    2. Those who have finished successfully 3 years technical training in the works shown in the chart don't have to take tests  for Type 1 (skill and language).

* students expulsed by schools

* trainees who ran away

* refugee applicants

* current trainees
